a) Right to confirmation
Every data subject has the right to request information as to whether personal data are processed about them.
b) Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)

c) Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

g) Right to withdraw consent under data protection law (Art. 13 GDPR)

Every data subject has the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing - including profiling - which has a legal effect on them or similarly significantly affects them, provided that the decision
• (1) is not required for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and the person responsible, or
• (2) permitted by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which law contains appropriate measures to safeguard the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject, or
• (3) with the express consent of the data subject.
In the cases mentioned in (1) and (3), appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the rights and freedoms and the legitimate interests of the data subject, including at least the right to influence the intervention of a person on the part of the person responsible, and to present their own Viewpoint and contested the decision.
